Lewis Motors Sales is currently searching for a highly motivated Heavy Duty Licensed Technicians (310T) and Apprentices as we continue to grow in all locations. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and vehicle repairs in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
Technicians must perform all work listed on work orders assigned by the Service Manager, document work completed on the work order form, and keep track of time spent on each job in accordance with established work instructions. We are also looking for Service Technicians for our Barrie Leasing Facility, for regular maintenance of several hundred International and Isuzu leased trucks. This position is for the evening shift, from Monday through Thursday, four 12 hour shifts.

Position Information:
The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers at Dealership upon arrival at the Service Department, and then identifying and scheduling their automobile service needs. They also handle customer concerns regarding vehicle repairs and assist sales personnel with technical information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve customers at the service counter
· Answer Service Phone calls & emails
· Advise customers of recommended maintenance and any additional work required
· schedule service appointment requests and open repair orders as needed
· Keep customers updated as to the progress of their vehicle’s repairs including when vehicle is ready to be picked up, close repair orders as needed
· Communicate effectively within a team environment
· Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality and project a positive attitude
· Read, understand, and adhere to all rules, regulations and procedures as required by the Dealership
· Ensure that all work performed is thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely fashion
· Work effectively without supervision
